Hi - Darned if stuff doesn't seem to go missing. Sometimes it shows-up later, and sometimes it doesn't. I seem to be missing three of the clips for attaching the trim right below the window on the doors of my wagon. Not the same as on the sedan; it is a flat piece upon which one can rest one's arm when the window is open. The clips are shaped like a "W." ANYBODY have three of said part? I know it is a long-shot, but it seems a shame to order them from Olaf.

Usually I have JP as my back-up, but I drew a blank out there today too - except for entire doors, which he wants to keep intact.

Thanks,

Jimbo

Hi RockMan, :P

Well, how to get those clips then?? To get them out requires removing the vent window: door-panel off, etc.... Are these doors that do not have a future? Are you ever in Calgary (or Red Deer)?

All-in-all, it may be easier to go with Olaf - It sounds like there are a few of us who are giving him good business; unless this is easier than it looks, I'll see if he can mail three clips.

Must be nice to have two cars - you might consider keeping the first one for a parts car, if you have space (hahahah). Oh, and if you're not going to keep it - tell me again - is the car intact and running??

Yeah, likely is. The new car comes with another cars worth of parts, so it's like I've got 2.5 cars. I've also got a wrecked 200$ 122 in storage that came with a trunk full of broghtwork. So I think I've got 4 or 6 spare doors, I'll check this friday when I'm back in town.

The other car runs and drives, but has no brakes (though the new one comes with a spare brake setup) it needs the rust taken care of, it's a solid body but definitely decieved me how far the rust went. I'm still able to fix it up, and will likely do so in the near future.

Hi - that sounds hopeful.

I bought a 122 along with a garage full of parts once too.

Please do think about what you can do, I'll let you know when I hear back from Olof as well.

I have a couple of 122 wagon rear doors in good shape complete with trim, in Calgary, if that's of any use to anybody.

Hi Chris!

That would be just the ticket; I could take a whole door, or just remove the parts.

Let me know what would work for you.
