Hey Guys,

Look what I found when I got home today. Think it will buff out?

I noticed something amiss when I parked...that crease wasn't there before.

Ouch.

Did I mention that my nose piece was perfect before?

Already reported it to the cops...of course no one fessed up.

Shit. That really sucks dude. I'm almost more worried about the grille....did that get wrecked too?
I'll be sure to go all vigilante on your neighbours car sometime early next week. Have you driven the thing recently?
Edit: that's chrome that's been rubbed off? Or was that from before?

The chrome was from before and the grills are unhurt...have a look at the shape of the opening ...it's a mess. Looks better than it is. The hood has to close correctly and when that part of the front gets smacked, it pulls down the hood support area and wrinkles the "nostrils".

Headlights are ok? Looks like something pretty tall. A square hit might've popped both headlights too. Lucky there...I guess...

I cannot believe people who make a mistake and hide.
So sorry to see this happen to your car Craig, you don't need another job on your list.

Lucky with the lights...I just wish people would be honest. That's probably a grand worth of damage as it is lots of hammer and dolly work to get that out.

Ouch.

Did it happen by your house? Even worst feeling when you know it was one of your neighbors and no-one owned up. I'd be keeping an eye on all the vehicles along the street... for a game of puzzle. :^o

I've got two more that look just like that one if you want 'em. Crappy deal, Craig, but unfortunately I'm expecting nothing less from humanity at this point.

It gets better...had to drive it to work this AM - think my fuel has gone bad. It is barely running, but I've got the right insurance and a body shop. We'll see what the costs are, then make a few decisions.

Between $750 and $1000 to repair. Not sure what to do as my deductible is $250 and someone else could do the damn work for a change.

Owww, sorry to see that Craig. Frustrating that people can't own up to their mistakes.

Still waffling on what to do - I'll probably yank it out myself.
