As the topic heading says, I did the first test fit of the new headlight system. Remeber that the finished installation plan includes carbon fiber finish on the headlight bezels and the gaps will be filled beside and below the side marker light.

The great news is that they fit and the hood closes :D

They're from a Mercedes W123 body. The old 300 series. If anyone remembers my old 300TD wagon, they're from that series...

I have been slowly working on the installation.
Although the hood is off right now while I fit the cowl induction, the headlights are almost complete. The bezels have also been refinished.
