Starting to put the front end back together after having my poly bushings pressed and can't find a torque value for the end link bolt. Between Bentley and iPd's how to I have torque numbers for everything but the end link bolt, massive amounts of googling hasn't produced a number either.

If I recall - about 1/5 a Dupuis is fine...look at the size of the fastener - a couple of ft/lbs is all it needs.

Thanks Craig, I need to check an online converter as my torque wrench only reads in Nm or lb-ft. While I was searching it finally donned on me to check the Greenbooks on k-jet.org. Volvo doesn't appear to be fussed about the number either as it just says, in the best Haynesian way, to tighten the bolt. My first time doing this so I'm a bit paranoid about putting it all back together correctly.

Is this endlink to a-arm, or sway bar to end link?

I think for the sway bar it's a measure between the flat washers to get the right crush on the bushings, different for poly replacements though...

This is the endlink to the control arm. For the sway bar to end link Volvo calls for 42 mm between the washers for rubber bushings. You're right, because the poly is harder the consensus (TB, iPd) seems to be to squish the poly down to the same diameter as the washers whereas the 42 mm distance for rubber has them pressed out wider than the washers. At least that's what I have found and plan on doing, anyone knows different please let me know.

Just tighten it...it's a small bolt (my previous point) - probably 15 - 20 ft/lbs.
