Hiya -

I'm thinking of putting a/c in the wagon for my trip across the country - plus then I'll be living in NY after-all. Anyone have any experience? John says he thinks he has all the parts, except the auxiliary radiator. Would parts off of a 140 fit, and does anybody have any around? I might need some brackets too, as his stuff comes out of an 1800 he figures.

Open-mike.

Factory is one way to do this...I'd be going to the aftermarket right away for this one. The new compressors are much less drag than the old stuff. Check out Vintage air (you've probably done this already) - they have many different solutions.

Vent windows also work.

Hi -

No, I'll check them out and see what's what.

Vent windows - hey, I drove across that country a few years ago - it is hot down there, and sticky in the East. No, I'll get something, or won't enjoy being in my car.
