Just a random thought...tell me what's in your garage that's weird or historical and Volvo related.

Just for fun, I was thinking, I have every series of engine Volvo has put in cars for the past 50+ years in my garage right now.

I've got a B20, B23E, B230FT, B5423FT. That's sort of an odd ensemble. Oh and all except for the B23 are fresh and ready to rock in cars - no junk.

When we moved into our house in 2000, my garage had a sticker from a Volvo air cleaner pasted to the mezzanine above the workbench (as well as a Kawasaki tank badge). Years later when I was drywalling the garage I found a rally/hillclimb/gymkhana schedule from 1962 jammed behind a stud behind said workbench. The first owner of my house may or may not have been a sportsman with a 544 or 122, but that's the image I'm going with.

My garage is currently full of parts from most varieties of RWD Volvos in addition to sundry NASCAR parts and other oddball bits. When we first moved into the house I was putting some stuff on the top shelf in the garage and found a huge bayonet with a swastika carved into the handle. I don't want to imagine what some previous owners may have been up to...

While I have no desire to own it...I always thought your Snap-On Engine Analyser was cool. There be treasures in Dale's garage...arrrr.
