Was Reijo in the usual S2K? What happened to him? You beat a lot of fast cars, you were moving!!!
His clutch was slipping (winter tires as well). It's not the cars that I beat that is the important part (most of them I should have beat), it's who's door I'm knocking on that matters to me. There isn't anyone in the upper list that shouldn't be there. I'd like to get the brakes working properly and with the swapped diff, there's a chance that I could hold this position. Could I gain the 3 seconds to be knocking on the door of Tom in the Corvette? I'm not sure. The way I'm braking right now is costing me time...my car control is getting better.
Here's my race line...I think this is what I'm happiest about.
82.925 80.917 79.035 101.180+DNF 80.183 (78.756)
The DNF was a brake issue as I couldn't get the car whoa'ed up and didn't hit the stop box. The 82.9 at the start was with a passenger and I was talking him through the course...so that cost time. My variance used to be BIG. I'd loose 5 - 6 seconds over the run set. I knew there was a 78.something in the car. So if I take out the DNF and the talking run, then my standard deviation is 0.87 seconds. I'm super happy about that.
