I was talking to this guy on Beyond:

It's a black 850 turbo, 5spd wagon. Looks like it needs some work as well.
Here's the message he sent me on what needs to be done:
volvo
See pics in the gallery. Car has changed since then and is now rather
rough around the edges, bought it a 130,000KM, now at 199,000. Will need
tie rod ends, CV boots, a new ball joint, a steering rack, front
rotors (I
have a pair of uninstalled X-drilled I'll include plus PBR pads), front
windshield and possibly engine subframe to pass out of province
inspection. A/C compressor is gone but I have a used compressor I never
got around to having installed. One of the headlight wiper motors is
shot,
but there's usually a few on ebay at any given time.
Car was repainted before I bought it and since has some chips and rust
around the grille on the hood. The roof has a couple rust spots.
Now for the good, car recieved a new clutch 2 years ago. Tires are new
from 1.5 years ago (BF goodrich traction T/A, the best high performance
all seasons at the time). A new heater fan installed last year. I
installed a new fuel filter last summer, oil changes always at the usual
3K. The drivetrain is rock solid and you can certainly tell all 222
horses
are still there. The gearbox is fantastic on this vehicle, its a shame
not
many north americans ordered them. Interior is leather, with heated front
seats. Rear rotors are X-drilled, 2.5 yrs old. Interior is in fair shape
I won't lie, this car will need some money put into it to be a good daily
driver, with probably at least 2K to just pass inspection. Volvo parts
are
expensive but you can usually get around them with aftermarket and used
parts are becoming more and more common.
I have service records for major work, but I do the little things myself
