My name is Mike and I have a Volvo problem
Seriously though, I inherited my Uncles beloved 85 740 Turbo this summer (2023) and put a lot of time and money into getting it going again after sitting 20 years.
It’s an amazingly simple car and easy to work on. It’s been fun and now the boy drives it to school.
Really fun to drive and man it cruises on the highway. And solid! No shakes or rattles, and it’s 39yo.
Did I ever think I’d be a classic Volvo owner, no. But hey, it’s great.
I started a build thread and will post the list of things done. Pictures too when I’m on desk top.
