Dude, did you take those pics? I'm guessing not with the lack of volvo shots...still cool pics. Might have to bring darth out next week depending on 242 progress.

Copyright on the photos says "photosbygraham" so I doubt Vik took them...

Is it just me or is that Saleen absolutely hideous? It looks like someone went on a shopping spree at Canadian Tire in the bolt-on bling department...

Definitely not you. They really should have left the '05 alone, and just added some subtle touches.

Graham is a really good photographer. He's a snomobiler and does calendars with some really wild mountain sled shots.

your bro needs to learn how to drag...badly...but once he gets his starts right he can run a 15 flat EASY with that car, prob less

i saw him and spoke to him, basically saying "wtf happened man?"

next BBQ ya'll can ask him about it, the hazards one while running, lining up the rear tires on the starting lines, launching at too low an RPM so his car just stuck and stayed still for a sec or two

Athal i wish i coulkd take pics like that!

that Saleen IMO is garbage...

Any particular reason you seem to see fit to dump on just about everything I say here on this forum ? Just curious...

...it was smoked by a regular model blown 05 mustang, smoked not just beaten, i think the saleen had traction issues though, lack of traction

that Silver SRT-4 in the second pic, was running a consistant 12.6 ish all night 8)

ciao

Thats ZFan from beyond's SRT, best run of the nite was a 12.80 @ 115mph... not 12.6 :)

Ya I talked to him and he said that he doesn't know whats wrong....either the clutch is slipping or the tires are going.

I'm thinking I should give his car a shot and it can taste a little bit of my shifting

Meh...if you were shifting with the right hand and driving from the other side of the car, might be a different story.... :P [/b]

Thats somewhat true, i found it harder to up shift, but easier to downshift when driving in backwards countries.

Still, sounds more like he was blowing his launches and whatnot. Or, just finding out how hard it is do get a good dragtime/speed in the real world, at altitude!
