Sure is different shopping here vs. Calgary. This one was on the market for 6 months.

Work shed in the back is 19' x 14' with concrete floor. Just need to upgrade electrical to 100 Amps for the welder and I'm ready to go!

I'm afraid to ask how much for how many square feet of house and lot...I just bought a 570sq ft house in bowness that probably cost more than that beauty :?

Oh, felicitations!

Bowness? Did you sell your place in Sunnyside?

Prices here are unreal for those of us used to Calgary insanity. We got this place for $140k but there are lots of houses outside of town (5 minutes) with many acres, double attached garages with triple+ detached garages going for less than this.

Don't know what the square footage is but the lot is 120' x 100' I think.

4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, large kitchen, den w/ wood stove, spare room on top of the garage, 2 full bathrooms, ready to move in! No basement though, just a crawl space but that's ok considering the history of damp basements in this part of the country.

wow that's crazy! ya, I'm on a 50' x 100? foot lot. I put up the downpayment with some inheritance and my dad will be 'renting' and paying the balance of the mortgage. No friggin way i'm selling my goldmine in sunnyside!
sounds like i might have to retire on the east coast though...

Mimi fell in love with it too. Melina was looking forward to her new dog until we broke the news that the dog in the pictures would move with the current owners of the house!
