I don't need oil lines... I only needed some if I was going to use a Garrrett on a B230.

I wouldn't be hurt if you beat me Kat, considering your engine is at least 20 years ahead of mine technically :P Plus, I'll go through tires about half as quickly as you too.

Actually Craig, I'm not sure I have too many more tricks up my sleeve! I'm thinking I could squeeze out another 20 horsies, but I'll really be limited by my lack of spark control. I've already got pretty much every go-fast bit on there I can without upgrading to a seriously reworked cylinder head (and that ain't gonna happen).

Next year I may bring a non-turbo car with a 6 banger that will beat even Ian...

I'm thinking HP/L as well as max values would be interesting.

I would have been happy to have as much power as Dale!

And Ian, did you lose some power over the dyno from 2006? :?

Nope, up about 20ish, but a totally different torque curve that last year, which was expected with the intake and carb change.

What the video didn't show was I did about 6 or 7 pulls with Matt tuning in between each pull. I gained about 10% hp from the first pull to the last one...

Sheesh...my car puffs some smoke when it's ridden hard  , but considering it's 35 years old and has unknown hundredds of thousands of km on it, I can't complain...

Nice work on the vid Raz...

I was in a safety meeting the whole damn weekend or I would have come out for some fun.

Looks like you guys had a blast, the vid once again makes me want a 242!

Not just when driving hard. It doesn't like to compress either!
