I am putting am M47 in my 240, its a 1991. I need the flywheel with the holes around the perimeter. Does anyome have one they would sell me? I do still need a pedal set, but thats another story. Oh, BTW I got the transmission from a 1987 car but I guess I can knock out the clutch housing for the crank timing sensor?

Yes...the bellhousing knockout is easily done...a pair of pliers was all it took for mine...
