My project car is heading in a different direction and I've got some NEW parts that are no longer needed. Up for sale is my NEW Hahn Racecraft Super 20G and R-Sport exhaust manifold. The Super 20G is a brand spanking new part - ceramic coated hot-side and 7 psi wastegate actuator. Have a look at the pictures. $600 USD.

Extensively ported and polished R-Sport exhaust manifold. This manifold is prepared for ceramic coating. It's had approximately 8 hours of porting work and is polished inside and out. The ports are matched and ready to flow as fast as they can. Have a look - a bargain at $300 USD.

I'm going to wait a bit before posting. I'm too busy to be chasing after other forum people right now. Rather see if there was someone "local" that wanted it first.

Haha! Indeed! Truth be told, I did think of the manifold. Its definitely on the upgrade list for that car....would make a massive difference. The turbo I think is a bit beyond what I'd go for in terms of size, as I kind of like how quick my current one spools.

Buuuuut....I'm hesitant because I'm still wanting a G-wagon. I'm considering this for next year. If I did, I'd sell the XC.

Now posted on VS (what a gong show that was). We'll see how it will go. Greg - these things spool just fine. It's not that big. Keep the XC stock, it'll be easier to sell.

Price reduced - HRC have a sale on the Super 20G...so we're now at $1000 Canadian or $750 USD.

Damnit - Haven't been on the site for a while and just saw this... It'd suit my 2000 V70R perfectly - Damnit.

Mine 19T is in need of a rebuild and I have a flange planed R mani and a billet 19T compressor wheel I was going to do at the same time (As well as a rebuild kit). (Although - I could rebuild the 19T and sell it with my mani to offset costs...)

Craig - any idea what it would cost in addition to have the ceramic coating done on the mani? Can't quite see - but is the exhaust housing a T3 flange or is it a Volvo one? Any chance you have the downpipe flange for the exhaust housing? (Project scope escalates if the turbo needs a lot a fab to work since I also have a 3" DP for the angled compressor housing).

Thanks,

Rabin

Hi Rabin - I get the ceramic done in Calgary at Top Gun Coatings and it's usually under $100 if it's prepped as you see here. They just blast and coat it and with the surface finish, it's basically ready to go. I could arrange to have this done prior to shipping if you like. The exhaust is a T3, so no step machined. I hadn't decided if I wanted to machine the turbo or mill the manifold (probably mill the manifold) or just get the adapter from ATP turbo (who also have the flange). I don't have the flange - but you can get them from ATP as well in stainless (you'd have to measure) but I think their divided mitsu is the right flange. You don't need the wastegate port, so it could be just cut off (the one Hahn sells is just a 120 degree triangle three bolt, but is only 1/4" thick. Anyway, there is a reasonable and simple enough solution for fit up. Hahn and ATP and others sell the oil and water fittings that would be needed.

It's not a direct bolt in is the long and short. But I think you know that. It is probably the easiest way to hit 350 hp...this aint no puny TDO4.

Thanks for the info Craig.

I spent a couple hours last night researching the 20g upgrade and I'm deciding against the turbo. It's such a slippery slope into ecu tunes and injector upgrades, that even the little fab work on top makes it a bigger project. I figure I'm much better off keeping the stock 19T with some tweaks.

Would love the manifold - but exchange rate plus ceramic makes it a $500 cdn manifold which makes it a tough sell when I already have one.

Anyone else in need or an R-manifold? If I could sell my R-manifold at the same time it'd totally be doable.

Rabin
