I'm looking for a 9" pressure plate to do some measuring and R&D with. This should be from a newer 240 or LH2.2 740 series cars. I'll give it back when I'm done with it...

Whatcha got?

Well I got a 228mm pressure plate... problem is I was hoping to sell it with the 60-2 flywheel I got. Wanna buy both haha?

With that being said if you just want the pressure plate is 10$ or a decent 6 pack reasonable enough? You're welcome to the clutch disc if it helps you out.

Edit: On second thought I just had a look at the thing... its way too hot- spotted and clapped out for me to feel ok about taking anything for it. If you pick it up its yours.

Btw its off an 1989 240 5 speed if it makes a difference to ya.

Eric,

I don't intend to use it...we only want it for some R & D on a clutch we're trying to piece together for a 1931 Alfa Romeo 6C. It's got a 9" flywheel with a really deep dish. There will be some cutting and welding required but we need to determine if the Volvo clutch is actually a candidate. I see some old Vanagons used a 228mm dished flywheel too. Might have to track down a pressure plate from one of those and see how it fits...

A guy on FB offered to loan me one but he hasn't responded. Maybe I can pick yours up today? I think I can get your info from Matt...

I have a used stock pp and disc 9" from 2.2 turbo dog dish, also a new 9" for a 240. You're welcome to borrow either or both.

Thanks for the offer Chris. If we decide this one will work, I'll grab the new PP from you.
