Anywho, that all aside;

I am in dire need of a transmission for this tercel puppy of mine, I have too many cool things i need to do with this car for it to sit in my backyard all the time.

The 82-84(oct) variety of the 4wd Wagons had one kind of tranny with 3.73s, so if you find one of these, make sure the rear diff is there too...

The 84(oct) to 88 variety has the more desireable 4.11 gears, i already have a 4.11 rear end in my tercel.

There is a 45 dollar finding fee for anyone who can find me one, preferably at a junk yard in Alberta

If you find one, anywhere, and no - it doesn't count calling one in from Manchester or Black Gold - I can only want to pay ~80 bucks for this tranny, not included the finders fee.

Wow...why didn't you post this before Matt and Dale came down. In PNW hippie land, we are swimming in the damn things. I know exactly what you are talking about. They are usually relatively unmolested what with hippies driving cars with no tachs slowly in the rain and sometimes for sinful moments at 60mph in the slow lane....if the . doesn't show up.
