LOL doug...gatoraide before you go to bed...and in the morning.

If you forget all else, remember that.

I also know from experience to eat bread before drinking! and then "bread before bed"

Where's the chemistry/biology in that statement...the hangover is caused by dehydration (thus Kats gatorade suggestion and the common vernacular "getting pissed")...is the bread suppose to sop up the alcohol and take it away? My rule has always been to drink a litre of water before bed - sometimes 2  .

Bread would at least slow down the absorption of the alcohol....hence why you get smashed that much easier on an empty stomach....

I usually go to bed hammered, wake up at some point in the night and have abottle of water then head back to bed and im tip top in the morning. I've tried the whole drink a bunch of water before bed before but that made me puke...

It can't be ice cold water, it has to be room temp water. Trust me. a half a liter is normally enough.

shoot 3 ounces of olive oil before you go out,not that it helps in the quantity of intake, but when you puke it tastes like an nice pasta.

Only when mixed with jag :p

In other words though, I had a 92 240 in today with an uncracked black dash. Almost removed it for myself
