Did anyone happen to get the number for the guy who was selling the white 67 122. I was thinking that someone should give him a call and see if he would be so kind as to lend his front fender wells to someone so that a mould could be made and a few sets reproduced. I for one know that I would give my first born of a set of wells in my 122 and I bet you pretty much any other 122 owner would be as hungry for a set.

I hope I'm not hijacking, but did anybody get any pictures they could post up?

I was planning on heading to this but had to work last minute. :(

He's here on the board. His id is DaveM...

The car was on Kijiji a couple of weeks ago too...

What do you mean by "front fender wells"? I've got a set of steel front fenders that are pretty much perfect.

He means the front fender liners. They were an option for the 122 and I think were available in the aftermarket as well. The basic design was an aluminum sheet that would stop mud accumulating at the rear of the fender. IIRC they were rubber edged - not hard to fabricate, but pretty rare none the less.
