I stayed up and watched the lightning,I can't remember the last time a seen a light show like that.
Got some small hail(smaller than a pea)but the rain was pretty intense as well.
Looks like a crappy weak ahead of use.

It was pretty intense. The light show was impressive and the wind was a little crazy too. I now have junk on my deck that used to be a canopy/shade thing. Anyone need a 10X10 light canvas cover for one? It's been set up for maybe 2 weeks. The frame is toast. Maybe it's time to build something a little more permanent and heavy duty.

I found the screen in the bushes but that was about it. Didn't hear a thing...maybe it was tame in the far west, went to my parents and found the neighbours tree gracing 90th ave.

One large branch ~200lbs landed on my 2005 Pontiac, just scratches - but DEEP ones :(

A MUCH larger branch ~700lbs landed JUST NEXT TO IT ... pretty crazy night.

My brother and I went out and tried to find out trashcan and recycle bin that had been flung UP the street a good half kilometer, all our cars managed to survive nearly unscathed.

The people in Red Deer looks like they got hit harder, was following Radar since about midnight on. :D

I'm pretty sure that's a little blue sky I see outside. I may be mistaken as I can't see much past my lawn as it's now almost as high as the house.

Thats why you trade in your dogs for sheep..great grazers and you can eat them come winter.
And it's also Enviro friendly.
