In Spokane. Relatively uneventful day. Craigs car is running spectacularly and posted 40mpg between Coleman and somewhere around Coeur de Lane. The 960 eats up the miles effortlessly. Wasn't even sore when I got out after however many hours in the car.

More later...almost bedtime...

40mpg? Really? That's pretty freaking good.

BTW, if RSI shows up to IPD with those LM replicas on a 240, I need pictures.

you always gotta check with these old timers if they're talking UK or US gallons...

glad to hear the trip is going smoothly!

Yep, that particular old timer tends to use UK gallons even when he's in the 'states. If Craig got 40 USMPG I'm REALLY impressed, even more so than with Ian's 34. Roberta's 850 averages about 27-28 on the highway

That is what me little computar said in the dash when me got home. O:)
I too was surprised and pleased, but we all know that car computers and the internet are never wrong.

Imperial gallons folks. It's the only mpg I understand... :?

IPD today and RSI last night were a blast. Craig talked non-stop to people about his car from 8AM to 3PM. IPD did a video interview with him after the show so watch IPD's site for that. The 122 was a huge hit and although it didn't win any prizes, I'm pretty sure it attracted more attention than any of the other cars there.

Saw lots of people whom I had met before including some from way back. Ben and Jordan were there from Bellingham and actually came to me at RSI last night and said hi. They weren't driving Vurbo although that was the original plan.

Scored a set of Bilstein HDs for a 240 for a good price in the auction at the end. Need to find a buyer for those...maybe before I leave... :D

I'll get some pictures uploaded later. Just enjoying a cider and the cool of the a/c in the house right now. Isn't as hot as last year but she was warm today...
