I went down yesterday to check it out. Took me almost 3 hours to see the lot. A lot of classics! Sadly only one Swede out of 600-700 cars:

Olvo?

Lots of american muscle...too many Bel Aires & Corvettes & Mustangs (Boring!) But some really cool Rats & a few good examples from the WWII era. Not many foreign cars at all...

When I was walking back to my car I spotted this gorgeous Jaguar!

& a Morgan! Never seen one in person! My Dad used to be on the waiting list for one...He took his name off after 2 years because he got married & had kids. He regrets it to this day - the Morgan, not the family!

Everyone was really friendly & eager to answer any questions...'cept the owner of this:

I love those fins! Pretty hot, & for sale! But the owner was really surly & rude. She wouldn't tell anyone anything about the Caddy.

My fav of the whole show(I love ratters!):

It had the best hood ornament I've ever seen:

Oh, & my car, which wasn't in the show, but should have been...

Looking good - hey, if you want a Jaguar MK2, I've got one in pieces and am looking to sell it.

I wouldn't mind one...one day...

I was seriously looking at this: http://www.calgaryvolvoclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2523, for parts at first & then (after I talked to him) to finish. But I have no room for anything at the moment...& I shouldn't be looking at more 'projects'.

My next purchase is for the nasty days in winter, when I can't drive the 122.
