Athal and I were talking... Since my car's likely not going to be allowed on the track any time soon, and since many folk seem to not want to bring theirs to Race City, we should collect a couple Gtechs, Dale's GPS, some FRS radios, and a deserted, flat, straight stretch of highway about a mile long. Get one guy on each end with a radio to give the "all clear" call, and we take turns doing "acceleration tests" using the Gtech and GPS to verify our results. The sentries should keep things safe - no running while traffic is oncoming - and we'll let Dale's car go first to scare away all the wildlife!
