we are talking about this abandoned little area? fire hydrants are the only thing there protruding more than 2 feet off the ground?

doesn't matter if the street racers go there some times, sunday mornings is the best time to do it. Nobody working near there, we aren't bothering anyone - its nice and sunshiny, half the problem I have with street racing is its cold and dark
