The gallery section seems to be gone. The is the car recently christened "the leg". It's not quite hearing-aid beige like the one that parks at the bay in lethbridge, but still fairly bad.

That leg appears to have a touch of the gangrene, or perhaps leprosy.

Pity this wasn't a bit earlier. I had a similar '84 beige 242 from Los Angeles. The paint was a bit faded, but the engine ran great and it didn't have a spec of rust on it. Trans and interior were tired. Could have used some nice canadian no sun damage interior.

242 door cards are a PITA to ship though, sadly. I'd still be interested in the door cards if this is a parts car. I made the best out of 8 seats to make an awesome mocha tweed interior (one of my favorites...and yes...before anyone asks I do wear brown cords with tweed... go go gadget invisible stodgy driver mod) and yes, the car is a flat top B23F automatic. Can't say beige is quite my cup of tea, but it is fine for an old jalopy that is comfortable to drive.

It will be a couple years before this car is a parts car. The seats are in ok shape, same with the door cards and the pockets. The dash and center plastic area is bad for cracks, headliner needs a clean but good overall. Mainly this will be my daily school driver and winter ski/snowboard car and possibly car hauler now that I picked up a hitch from Athal.
