I know the Edgemont Centre has a large kitchen (we used it this year for an office event I organized), The main Panorama Room has:
•Beautiful Mountain View
•West exposure
•Outside patio
•Maximum capacity 200 people
•Full kitchen facility attached
•Approximately 250 sq. meters
•Round or long banquet tables
•Upholstered seating
•Microphone and podium
I can look into the price but I know I can get a fairly good deal.
What date(s) are you considering?

p.s. balloons not included

The tentative date would be Jan 29/11 but alot of halls won't lend the kitchen out
due to catering contracts.
So anybody with contacts let me know how much $$$.(With Kitchen)

There will be no problem getting the kitchen at Edgemont, the problem will be the room booking.
I will call tomorrow for availability and pricing and PM you Paul

Ok here's the update.
Looks like (Since the Holidays are over not much interest)we'll probably go to a Restaurant.
So need to know what day of the week works better for the majority.
Fri,Sat or Sunday.
Keep in mind out of towners they may need a flex day.
Target is for the last week in Jan 28,29,30 or Feb 4,5,6.
I have 8 people from my group possible 12 but i'll handle that part.
So lets have a vote.
Were looking at Villa DI Maria,Trio Pizza and Lounge or Il Giardino.
Trio Pizza will Accomadate a pretty good menu as well.
I'll be getting some menus and prices.
I'll sponsor some of the cost and hand out some drink tickets.
I'll see if we can bring our own wine and the cost of corkage.
So round 2 begins and lets see some voting first and then commitment.
Can somebody add a poll pls.
Paul

I'll come down from Edmonton... preference a Saturday night (29th, 5th) so I can arrange accommodation.

As for location, a good selection menu and lots of parking spring to mind! :)

Two people here.

I'd like to say I can make the 5th, but I have a baby due any day now, so there might be a chance I can't make it.

Can you put me down as probably? I'll drive down and back on the day of. Darren you can catch a ride if you want. Also sort of weather dependent.

Haven't you been around here long enough to know that we (the group) will never agree on a day? You pick the day, and let the chips fall where they may.
