Looking at my piece of junk i've decided that it is too unsafe and too much work to make it safe so I am going to scrap it. Every single fin on the compressor is gone, the shifter is broken, rear end is lunched, engine wiring harness is done and the body harness is almost gone, plus the obvious fact that it is not structural in any way anymore due to rust.

My plan is to take off all the stuff that I care for and put it in a box in my attic until I am done school.

I will be taking the front brakes, all springs, rear shocks, wheels and spacers, stereo equipment, black interior bits, steering wheel, intercooler piping, spark plug wires.

Stuff that someone might want....ha not much, maybe the gt front seats or the awesome "custom painted" valve cover. Nothing much else seems worth it but i'm probably missing something.

Thanks to everyone who helped me out, donated parts/time/thoughts to keep this car going. It was never a happy car, always wanted to die so now I guess it can.

You'll be keeping the exhaust too, right?

I'll be keeping the exhaust and clutch too

Right now i'm going to pick up my brothers second car, the 83 celica gt to use until the end of school. I want something that is good on gas, cheap to maintain and is actually reliable.

Sorry to hear this Andy, but it sounds like the right decision at this point.
