and its always honda's people ask me about....although I've never owned one...or driven one as a primary car. strange.

Anyways, I have a friend who got an offer for a 2007 honda element sc (top end model apparantly) 5 speed manual transmission, 13k km on it, selling for $26,900 with two years warranty remaining.

With the new cars (i've never done newer cars come on!) with warrenty remaining, is it worth taking it in for an inspection?

(my gut still says yes in case of damage that you cant see that might not be covered under warrenty...ie frame damage)

yes, may the gods smite me down for not speaking volvos. I tried. lol.

we recommend our customers get inspections on ANY used car, no matter how new or how low the mileage.

Damage/abuse/accidents can happen right from day one. ~$100 is nothing compared to a $27,000 pain in the ass if something is wrong.

Not that most inspections will actually check the frame, but most will give you some idea if there's been any accident or repair if you specify for them to check that. A Carproof report is also worth the money.

You're close, it's"Au secours!" or "À l'aide!"

Ok, it doesn't help you, but you'll go to bed with a bit more knowledge!
