Hey gang I have lined up a guy in the States with the last 24 Quaife 2.5 turn steering rack internals - but he is finding it hard to find the follwoing:

"The manual rack must have female threads on the rack and male threads on the inner tie-rod. This is specific to the brand racks. The other rack is a Cam-Gear (TRW) or aftermarket copy, which are not compatible with the Quaife QSR internals I have."

1. If anyone sees one at pic and pull please let me know.
2. If anyone has one they would like to sell please let me know.
3. If anyone wants to order one of these racks please let me know and i can order it with mine - he said around 275$ if i send the core down.

So a 240 manual rack would work? I know of two at a PYP near here.

There's a yellow 242 at PYP with a manual rack, but I don't know if it's a ZF or a CAM. First one I've seen in a while.

IS there an easy way to tell a ZF vs. a CAM?

I know the ZF rack has a circle with the ZF logo cast into it, not too sure about the other.
