question:

While wiring up my tailights, (brake, turn, clearance), I got confused...maybe thought about it too much

Okay, all clearence lights, (front ambers, rear reds) are getting powered by a brown power wire

This brown power wire needs to supply power to the tailights for clearance as well

For the turn/brake function there is a seperate green wire that needs to be wired to the tailight

If I wire the green wire to the brown wire in a series fashion is this gonna F up my clearence markers? making them act as a brake light or turn signal or does the filament bulb prevent this?

I am confused of what to do with the tailight, as there is only two wires coming out the back, a black and a green, power and ground, no?

thanks for the help

Minimum wiring for the trailer will have 4 wires using single 1157 bulbs on each side
-Left turn light
-Right turn light
-Tail lights
-Ground

Additional circuits can add:
-seperate turn & brake lights
-trailer brakes
-Power feed for battery

yeah I have that pic, I am doing a 7 pin wiring

in the pic there are what appears to be seperate clearence and stop/turn connection points, my question is more of if I connect these to the same point or terminal will it cause problems?

Iirc, you need a taillight converter.
