FUCK!!! I'm seriously going to fucking lose it! I recieved the frost plug that I had to special order in from Volvo on Thursday. The part I got was a slightly concaved metal disc with no raised sides like a typical frost plug. I figured the parts guy knew what he was talking about, so I used it....and put silicone all around it. I fired up the car after letting it set for a couple of hours and the damn plug popped out. Looks like I'm not going to make it to the auto-x tomorrow now. I'm just about to head to Valentine again....hopefully I can find something that I can use.

So uhm, I noticed that there was no matt eakin present .. wtf?

I've been strugling with frost plugs and block heaters all day. I can't get enough room for a hammer in there to get the plug in and my block heater leaked again after I replaced the o-ring.

Anyone want to stop by and give me a hand with it? I'm about ready to let the car roll down the driveway and hope a truck t-bones it. I just dropped a socket on my face and my lip's all swollen. I'm done for the day.

ah bummer man, i was wondering if i'd hear from you looking for that sensor. i'm sorry to hear you didn't even get that far, that sucks!
