Well you could try Mr. Volvo, but I think you'd have a worse experience than with Valentine.

Talk to Andy (Edicius on here) - he works at Valentine and maybe he can straighten things out.

I had issues with Mr. Volvo - they could not figure out that my fuel relay was gone...and charged me a wack load to do nothing. The best people I found was Bert and Jacks on 17th for specific Volvo items - Ie: M46 transmissions - they rock. But for general suspension and engine work Magnum Automotive is great - tell them Houston sent you.

Does B&J do the new stuff, Houston? I know they're the only place I'd send someone with a vintage Volvo, but for anything made since the mid '90s... I'm stumped.

I dunno, I've just had shiet luck with dealerships period. (if anyone's stuck in Ottawa with Volvo type problems, NEVER EVER GO TO CARLING MOTORS)

I especially loved the "there's no crack or leak of any kind in your winshield washer resevoir, it's a figment of your imagination"...course that was Valentine...that was their worst bad with me....so...they're still significantly better than Carling....oh the horror stories I could tell.....

Valentines not too bad. The service manager is a douche but most everyone else is good. Ohh and Bill is a wicked guy for a shop foreman, takes the time to talk with people and truly tries to help. Also, JD is a wicked mechanic but I think he is on night shift.

Can't be worst than the useless people from Edmonton dealer. I probably know more about mechanic than this bunch of losers. Other than oil change, I wonder if they can do more than that.
