Any differences between the kjet and Lh main fuel pumps? or are they identical... my pump is complaining quite a bit still, so I figure I can just slap the 242's pump over for the time being, as I will likely go with a different setup eg walbro etc..

i think you said you checked the electrical at the pump already right?

kjet pump is rated for much higher pressure, generally considered an upgrade from the standard LH pump. THat's what I'm using. I don't think either is a limitation unless you're pushing 250HP+.

So I figured I would just switch the pump while I had everything unhooked. Lo and behold I snapped the yellow terminal... FAWK!!!!

does anyone have a known good k-jet fuel pump that they are willing to part with? cause I really am too lazy to go to pnp to pull one on the chance that its dead... which it likely.

Anyone?

Ok.

so I got a new pump from the yard (from a cam pillaged glt... hmmm)

and I got my afr guage all sorted out.

problem is now that I run richer than hell (all sorts of bogging) untill the o2 sensor comes up to temp, and my readings begin to look normal...

could this be a dead fpr? I know I need to install the computers and new fpr and such. but I was just wanting some insight into why this is happening...

thanks guys.

i've got a spare turbo ecu if you want to try it.

obviously if you don't have your fuel and spark set up properly chances are the car won't run properly. This is LH 2.2? Have you checked/adjusted the idle mixture?
