Very cool - wheels are too big, but I like the T-Bird headlights. At this point are we to assume that it doesn't exist (these are all computer renderings)?

I just edited my first post and uploaded some pix with it. Those look a lot like real pictures but they could be very high quality realistic looking renderings.

What a sweeeeeeeeeet lookin' ride ! 8)

Just lookin' at the pix though, I doubt those bumpers would pass North American safety standards. It would ruin the look of the car to change them though, they're a direct throw-back to the pre-'67 bull-horn bumpers on the 1800s.

WOW

That said I agree that the wheels are too big but this is only the concept car so probably lots of changes before it sees production. Same with the bumpers, will be curious to see how they manage to keep the retro look and meet crash test regs. At the advertised 600 HP in a limited run car it will probably be at least $500K or more. :(

Definitely renderings, and definitely a concept car. 99% of concept cars don't get anywhere near the shop floor without major changes to dilute the purity of the design.

Having said that, it's yummy, but half as yummy as an ES would be.

That car is being done by the same guy that built the SEMA Voxx car. Apparently he builds Koenigsegg cars for a living...

I don't think this is designed to be a production car...

The renderings are done by Bo Zolland.

Did you know Jens G and Bo are from the same small-ish town in Sweden? Talk about Volvo talent in one town. I corresponded with Bo briefly to convert my old clay model of a scratch built vintage sport sedan into a rendering, but then got busy changing jobs, homes etc. He figured US$850 would do something with the same or more details as the above,(couple colours and or wheel pkgs). A bit of money, but for what you get maybe not that bad?
Even if I never proceed with the build, how cool would it be to have as your screen saver a photorealistic version of a clay you did when you were 14 and still like...?
