Hi Everybody,

I have a power antenna issue that needs to be fixed.

The power antenna goes up perfectly and down perfectly just as it is supposed to. But when the power antenna goes up to maximum height, I can hear what seems to be a gear continuing to spin. I have not burned out or overspun the gear motor but need to correct this issue.

Is there a replacement gear available that would correct this?

Any information or direction is appreciated.

well its not a replacement gear but im not sure if you'll find that specific part. and its probably easier to install this than trying to replace just the gear.

I have just ordered a Volvo OE power antenna assembly directly as you recommended on the link you provided.
