I was going to just show up at a meet with these, but then I realized that I would have to get spacers from Dale and all that. I am going to washington in a couple weeks for a VW show and I was looking over a wheel site for the heck of it (discounttire.com). I've decided on

These are the Voxx Misano's in the 17x8 version with 40mm spacing.
I still think that 16s would be a perfect size but I really like the look of them, 240's need a fat lip

Let me know what you guys think.
Andy

I like 'em, but I don't think the lip will end up that fat. We'll see...

I like 'em. but it's really hard to tell how they'll match with a certain car until you get them on! SHould have my 17's on soon...

They're pretty I'm thinking. They remind me of the Super DTM's on a lot of Swedish 240's, and those look really good.
I'm with Matt though....I don't think that nice lip will be there with a 40mm offset.

That pic has like a 20mm offset. A 40mm of offset on a 8" rim is about an inch.

Try and see if they have some rearwheel drive offsets like 25mm.

The rim itself looks hot though!
