formerly VW/audi exclusive they now have grown to any/all european car makes...their Sweden section of the forum is littered with dirty dirty saab drivers  but i said some of us might make it out from time to time

The next meeting will be held on Thursday September 7th at 8pm at the Heritage Gate Boston Pizza. For the meeting we can prepare for the big end of Summer event and maybe squeeze in another mid-month Ice Cream meet. Also the usual car chit chat, some pizza and even begin getting ready for WoW 2007!

As always memberships will be available so come pick up your fancy Eurodrivers card and continue to support the club!!

Hopefully we can have a big turnout and some good fall weather!!!

ciao

I've been to a few of their meets....all they do is talk about their vw's with their italian shoes and talk about some stupid driver they say on the road.
Plus complain about concept-1, then they go eat in boston pizza.
Its the same every meet to be honest. I have never had someone interested in my car when I've gone....but thats understandable.

Yes, but is we all go we can force them to listen to us talk about Volvo's, the cool stuff we make ourselves and we can look at our cars and ignore theirs 8)

+1.

It's all about being Volvo "losers" as Matt puts it. I'm happy doing a volvo only gathering, but if we want to do it in conjunction with another group so we can REALLY show off our illness, that's cool.
I just LOVE that every one of us has put our cars together OURSELVES, unlike alot of the import kids who don't know how to change their oil (yes, big generalization).

no really most of them dont!!!!! lol

like last nights jeep that had a blow out (LR tire) right by the basketball court...they pulled into the parking lot, parked, looked at it a bit, pulled out the spare tire...pulled out the jack...looked at it some more, then called AMA

anyway, the more we are out there doing stuff the better i feel anyway

plus as Athal said...we build our cars...other just assemble, if that

ciao

I feel better then....its true.
Thinking about my friend who turbo'd his car. He didn't fab anything, he had the manifold made, the Dp made. All he had to do was piece it together.

And I agree....most Mk 4 jetta and golf owners cant do a thing to their car.
