I wonder if the pipe off the turbo will melt....
And what's that purple crap holding the PVC together? Some kinda pipe adhesive?

That's the proper PVC dope. It's a 2 part joint maker, the purple stuff is a cleaner-primer that you paint on everything first, then you goop it up with this grey stuff and SLAM them together - they set up in a few seconds, cure in a minute or two.

Used on golf course irrigation systems... saw 7 years of that stuff!

You know that stuff doesn't show up on a hospital X-ray?
