Well one year today we flipped the car at rocky and what a year it was. We started off on firday night as a disaster, all becuase the vacuum line for the turbo was cut and so we had no boost - meaning 1 foot of mud and a 3 ton car do not make for a good stage time...not too mention the wire for the thermosat fell off and we over heated. Regardless, the next morning in the light of day we fixed all the problems and charged into battle. The dif was amazing!! A total different car...so easy to control in turns and you can feel all the power. We ate the regional cars up....we passed 3 cars, got bumped ahead of 3 others. Started off dead last and finshed 16th, if it was not for the 2 minute penalty friday night we would have finished 11th. WE also got interviewed, and i dropped a big shout out to the calgary volvo club for everyones help...so hopefully it makes the cut and will be on at the end of the season. Out next rally is in 3 weeks in BC, so we have to get the car ready. New strut tops and she is good to go. I would also like to thank Chris C. for lending us his wheel spacers for the rally...at the very last moment...saved our ass.

Nice work Houston! Its cool to see an older Volvo competing against all these newer cars.

I'm seeing that on City TV the Canadian Rally Championship airs at 1:30 on Saturdays. So would this race be showing later in the season? Edit: the stuff on City is from the 2006 season. So we have to wait another year to see it?
