So after my last race when ever I shift from 3rd down to 2nd there is a grinding noise. Even when i rev match - but only down shifting not from 1st to 2nd. Running full synthetic and change it after every race.

Is this the clutch (really old stock OEM clutch), or the trany giving up?

There is a very slight leak at the back of the trany but very slight.

Any suggestions?

Can such an item be replaced or rebuilt?

They can be replaced, but the cost of replacing them might be more than actually replacing the tranny every once in a while with one from PYP...
