So a few more pieces hve showed up.

6 piston Porsche cayanne calipers. Wish I had a reference for size. They're massive.

Nathaninwa intake manifold. Velocity stacks. I would buy a new phone for a camera, but 240s make me poor.

Also showed up but not pictured are Saab short bilsteins. I'll have them revalved before they go in

I hope you don't hate the brake pedal as much as I think you will. What are you doing for the rear brakes to balance the effect?

Matt,

I'll be using the matching 4 piston rear calipers from the cayanne. And a mustang master cylinder.

The intake manifold is a really nice piece. Nathan does some amazing work.

Oh, and the calipers are for 330mm rotors- s60r rotors front and rear will be use.

I cut apart a set of 240 hand brake shoes an a set of s60 shoes and welded back together. This allow me to use the 240 equipment with the larger rotor.

Sweet baby Jesus! Awesome build so far - definitely following with interest!

The Cayanne calipers are massive - I went with Boxster S 4pots on E46 M3 rotors for my big brake set up and I thought they were big... :) I'll have to downgrade mine to a mid-size...

More part collecting happened in the last little bit. Well one order.

Suspension is pretty much all here. Not pictured are the roll correction spacers and the trailing arm bearings. They're in storage.

Been busy setting up my garage with the compressor and new tool box. This weekend's agenda is to finish wiring in compressor and reline my welder for .23". Then maybe I'll do something on the car. Unlikely though since I'll likely start the V70R this weekend.

I started spouting off parts I still need to the wife. I didn't think it was a big list. But it is.

Also. I have a line on an engine. I'd rather have built one myself, but this one is a pretty good deal.

B230 penta block
John V rods and pistons
2.5L crank
CNC ported 16v head (then hand finished by Kenny and flow benched).
Electric water pump

Has 3500 miles on it. 2000usd plus probably 500 for shipping.

That's a pretty good deal just on the hard parts. It has the "updated John v pistons" and includes the older ones with the thinner reliefs.

I might be asking for favors if I do get it shipped to the boarder?

Oh yeah. And that Volvo competition I competed in and won 2 years ago is on again. This time it's a team thing. Suppose to be a tech and advisor. But we didn't have an advisor who qualified so I'm competing with another tech. He had to pretend to be an advisor and talk to a customer.

Anyways we won the first round and are off to NYC in April to compete for a chance to go to Sweden. My fingers are crossed for this one.

New front end. Factory Volvo stuff. Need new reflector clips. I'm going to pull them apart and paint the housings black.

Now I need to find some late style fenders and core support.
