N/A accumulator?

Looks good. Late model fuel pump cages come galvanized, painted and thickly undercoated stock, nicely enough.

Sadly, they don't make a 1993 245ti. Should be fun.

Were the turbo and N/A accumulator's different? I never thought to check. But yeah, this one is for a regular b21f. Indeed, I wish they made a later model turbo car. I'll have to start looking for some of the later model parts when they come around...steering rack, windshield wiper mechanism, galvanized parts. Sweet!

As per Craig's suggestion, that people may end up living in the 740 sitting in my backyard, I made an interesting discovery last night. After entering my garage and hearing voices in the alley, I left via the front of my house and went around to the side of the alley to discover some dude standing in the alley next to the car with his pants down by his ankles. After asking him if everything was alright, he replied "she kicked me in the balls." Yes, there was a girl in the back seat of the car, and there was an M46 that once sat on the back seat sitting in the middle of the alley. I left thinking the guy was taking parts or something, and it took me a few minutes to put two and two together. I've since phoned the police and found the keys to lock the car. Sheeeesh! Sketchy! They're not living there, but doing that, in broad daylight, only feet from a major road is pretty messed.

Haha! Yeah, christened indeed. It kinda stinks in there now...and the guy left his hat behind, which is kinda weird. It was the "kicked me in the balls" that kinda weirded me out. He seemed drunk/high, and the girl didn't say much, but both passenger side doors (which face the garage door and can't be opened fully enough to get out) were open, which leads me to believe someone was trying to get away. I just hope it wasn't rape...

That must be one sex-y car! \:D/ \:D/ \:D/

I'm at least hoping that if my car gets to be christened, it will be ME doing the "christening"!

As I was the one that not only predicted shen's of some sort #-o , but was also responsible for that M46, I feel I should chime in...Greg was telling me this story while sandblasting some more pretty parts today (I missed this thread while away) - and I've got to say what was buddy thinking :( . I mean, we've all been in a place where getting in on was just fun - but that place was not the back of a derelict 740 (intercooled turbo or not) and that seat was VERY greasy as the M46 was my "spares" transmission that was stripped of good parts and was pretty disgusting.

What's up with people...when asked what he was doing he complains about being kicked in the nuts? WTF did he think was going to happen. He's lucky Greg didn't use "the last resort" as a greeting 8) .
