A simple job last weekend turned out to be long & expensive.
One of the HID bulbs in my C70 was at the end of it's life (did you know HID bulbs turn a vibrant purple when they are about to die?)

So I bought new bulbs, install the passenger side then in the process of changing the drivers side "snap" the entire reflector assembly detaches from the housing.

Since OEM replacements are about $450 each I decided to "upgrade" to projector light with clear corners. Price was right also $325 for everything

Nice! C'mon Ian, how "accidental" was that "snap"...really...

Have to admit I like the look, but it was not intentional, still don't know if I can run the HIDs in the projector lights, waiting to hear back. The light pattern with the H7s is impressive, very defined line.

Looks awesome though!
