Hi there folks,
I'm fixing-up a 65 wagon and am looking for the front nose, front fenders and B pillars from a 2Door 122. I know it will be a stretch but rust on the nose section is ok but prefer not to try to straighten any accident damage.
Thanks for your time everyone,
klaus 403-242-6344

Hi Klaus,

You should contact John Paulsen in Calgary. He's go the parts you're looking for.

Craig

Hi Craig,
Thanks for the reply. I actually bought the wagon from John. The one 2door sedan he had already had the b pillars removed. There's still lot's of metalwork to do so I still have time to search around I guess.
Thanks again,
Klaus

Why do you need the B pillar? Making a 3 door wagon? If so, you could use the existing pillar and just fab the sheetmetal section to fill in the part door using the former door.

Hi Craig,
Yeah, that's the plan for now. If I'm gonna go that route, I'd really like to install sedan doors as they are a couple of extra inches longer than the wagon doors. The sedan doors have a curved outer edge that is quite a bit different than the wagon so I really need the B pillars. I can then use the skin from the original rear doors of the wagon and weld them in.
Have a good one,
Klaus

I do have a 122 parts car that is loosely earmarked to do the same with using my other wagon, it was bumped in the front and the nose section is not in great shape, and it is somewhat rusty, But i should probably get rid of it sooner than later.... It's in storage at an acreage outside of edmonton here on hwy 21...

I've got $400 into the thing (And probably overpaid) and it has a decent b18 in it.... but it is just a parts car basically....

Hey, thanks for the reply. Yeah unfortunately the nose section always gets hit. I've tried in the past to straighten those things out but in the end it really doesn't look very pretty let alone very straight hahaha. How are the fenders? Are they buckled at all from the front-end bump? Any chance of pictures? Sorry for all the questions, the coffee is really hitting the bloodstream now!
Thanks again,
Klaus

Fenders I think were good, but were fairly rusty, not 100%. I think with moving to sask, I'll be looking to unload some of my stuff. I"l take pictures the next time I'm out.

Rockmonton,
Thanks very much for the help. I just managed to cut out some great B pillars in Red Deer this week-end.
All I need now is some good fenders and a crash free nose section.
It's all slowly coming together.
Thanks again,
Klaus
