What would really suck is if someone drove all the way out there only to discover the steering wheel is on the wrong side... =D>

Isn't that an absolute beauty? =P~

Never seen that color before? It's very 'solid' as apposed to metallic which I really like. I can't believe the mileage... #-o RHD is no biggie as long as it doesn't sky your insurance premium.

$10k for basically, a brand new Volvo 850? Damn, I wish I could get that kind of money. [-o< Some lucky so and so is going to get one hell of a car, I hope an enthusiast buys it.

I'm now receiving donations...

a right hand drive vehicle is really nothing to get used to. personally i thinks its more fun!! after driving my friends skyline for half an hour i really got used to shifting on the left.

who ever buys it is one luck SOB!!!!

Tell me then...how does one turn left at a busy intersection...safely? How do you pull out a parking spot (parallel parked)...safely? How do you merge onto Deerfoot...safely? How do you go through the drive-through anywhere other than Peter's?

RHD cars are going to be illegal to import within the next year in Alberta. In Quebec you can no longer register a RHD vehicle. It's only a matter of time before the rest of the country smartens up and follows suit, and it can't happen soon enough...

Go ahead...flame me. I drive for a living and can't imagine trying to drive from the other side. You cannot bring forth any argument that will convince me driving on Calgary streets from the right hand side of the car is anything but dangerous.

your right they're pretty sketchy to drive and defiantly challenging!! merging isn't to bad but yes left hand turns are pretty sketchy!!

but the uniqueness, the challenge and the difficulty of driving them is what attracts people to driving them. not to mention the fact that the JDM RHD cars are usually less watered down than the north American stuff.

dont get me wrong i defiantly agree with you that they are dangerous. but I dont believe they should be banned.

How do you parallel park on the south side of 6th ave, safely? How do you make a left turn onto a 1 way street, safely? If you can't drive a RHD car using the mirrors and common sense, you can't do the same in a LHD car. Maybe they're not suitable for downtown, is all. Not being able to go through a drive-through doesn't mean you should outlaw a particular car. Personally I think half the 4x4s in town are more dangerous (and are DRIVEN more dangerously, and are far more common) than RHD vehicles.

I've been with my friend through the drive through at tims in his skyline a few times but i can see why it can be an issue. though we didnt go backwards though but banning service to RHD cars would be wrong.
