Guys, we have 4 242s at the yards up here.

Two are the GLTs that have been there for a while, with not much left on them. There's a beige '82 DL more or less complete with a near perfect interior, and a black '80 GT - I'm told it was more or less complete this morning, but somebody has taken the grille and light pods.

I have pictures of the DL and GLTs on a friends camera which I'll post up later. I might get to see the GT tomorrow.

I'd take a GT seat if it was in really nice shape for my office chair project.

Yeah it's not in bad condition, although I'm not sure about the passenger seat, but the drivers seat needs a rebuild, I think. I forgot all about you looking for one.

There's also a 744 GLE manual, metallic blue with a full blue interior and a 744 Turbo automatic, black with the correct black interior, both cars in really nice shape inside and out.

Oh yeah; we saw that in the back on Sunday but it hadn't been put out yet! Any other 240s other than the brown 245, gold 264 and black 242?

Are there any other self-serve yards in Calgary?

When the Calgary PnP gets a selection of 2/7 series let me know as a few of us might head down some Saturday. :D

Is there a self-serve yard in Medicine Hat I keep reading mentioned? I'm going to be down there Monday/Tuesday, wouldn't mind checking it out if I have time!

EDIT - Whoops, I'm thinking of Lethbridge ( ), but does anyone know of any in Medicine Hat?
