If you see the inner part for either side that looks decent and or nice lenses for a 73-78 car, grab them and I'll "take care of you". Prefer Hella to Cibie.

are these the 5 pots? I've got 3 or 4 of them that you could have.

I've got some lenses as well as lenses with the housings. I'll take a look and see what kind of shape they're in...

79 & 80 only for those, IIRC.

5-panel wrap-arounds come on the 79-83 DLs without sunroof and some other goofy option as kind of a mixed thing.

4-panel non wrap-around 140/240 lights come 73-78. 6-panel non-wrap-arounds come on 73-78 160/260. You can buy just the lenses if you have to new. Haven't seen a lot of 73-78 140/240, but I don't pay much attention since I'm always looking for the 5-panels or the earlier vertical single panel style.
IIRC the lenses are 40-50US a pop, but if you want them mint...

My problem is that I have the plastic backings- the reflector and bulb socket-holder- breaking up as well.

The parts look up for new on these is almost unbelieveably complex. There's Euro and US numbers, and Cibie and Hella variants, and complete or just the lens, plus choices of matte silver or chrome surrounds on both the lens and the reflector unit...(and enough of each variant have one half NLA, making buying a matching pair very difficult).
plus there's the Hova or whatever ones with the amber areas replaced by white...and those are available in matt or chrome surrounds.
Additional to not being "into" the clear lens look, I have some reservations about their quality/longevity, and I'd still need the reflectors.

FYI, POR paint systems has a paint system that sprays clear lenses any colour you wish, and keeps them transparent. One application is to do the cadmium amber fog light colour, for example.

That is, if you did want to try the Hova lenses & touch them in colour.
