Hey Barry. Good to see you here. You're not getting out of Volvos entirely, are you? As in getting rid of the race car too?

Damn, Barry - those are a good couple of deals you're offering. I would LOVE to have an ES, but my plate is overflowing already.

By the way, I'm Matt, the guy who had the blue 244 V8 mistake at Vintage on the Praries a few years back, hanging out with ^^^ Dale.

Nope Barry tells me he's keeping the racecar.

He's gone to BMW's for daily drivers, and just needs to tidy his "fleet" up... someone else who looked at 325ix Touring's as daily drivers, and actually made a move on it. I was looking at the older e30's, his are E46's.

I haven't seen the Bertone in about 6-7 years. I know it was painted ~8 years ago. Talk to Barry for an honest appraisal of where it's at cosmetically, like I say I haven't seen it.

Actually, I have since thought of two more people who may have an interest in the Bertone.

Nope not the black one, that was aquired later for parts. The good one is two tone caramel gold/Brown. That was its OE colour configuration, AFAIK.

You mean to tell me that Bert (the black one) is off the road?! It was in such pristine condition!!! hahaha but all seriousness that would be an awesome parts car, everything mechanical was new on it.

The black one I am thinking of, and AFAIK the only one Barry has owned, hasn't been on the road in 10-11 years. Sounds like it might not be the one you are thinking of. Here's what I know of it:
- was owned by someone living near the back side of BonnieDoon mall.
- was bought by Lennard Calon for ~400.
- my father bought the four coronas with 50% worn winter tires for $400. #-o
- Lennard sells it to Barry. Barry already has & is working on the brown car, so though the black one may have had an edge in appeal in some ways, it became a parts car.

Random note: if a black bertone interior doesn't give you claustrophobia, well, that sure opens up your choices automotive-wise. Not for me...
