UPDATE:

As of tonight, March 14, 2006

many emails have been sent back and forth from our supplier and basically we came to an agreement which i asked for

i re-sent the order...sizes/number...and he is going to re-send the jackets...

if they are lost he will deal with the mail insurance himself, and if they come he will just re sell them...

anyway...we are in the position of now talking about a better way of shipment...and don't worry no added cost will be charged...duh! it's already been so long

so that's the update

i'll let you know more here as i find out

again sorry guys for the mishap...i kinda scored a deal a bit back on ebay and everyone will receive a free "Volvo - for life" cd holder case at no charge for being so patient and not slitting my throat

update as of monday march 27 2006

- i filed a dispute today with VISA, they agreed, right now i am in the waiting to get $408.xx CAD back from VISA...the 85.xx payed thru paypal is pretty much gone...can't get that back...but the jackets were 43.xx a piece so i can pay everyone else out first then just owe my mom her share after

- i also called customs...left a message...so when they call me back they can be prepared to get a verbal licking consisting something close to "find my fucking package...NOW!"

anyway, sorry to everyone...again

update as of april 19 2006

i received a letter from VISA yesterday, they are returning my money to my account. There is an issue with whether this is a buisness or personal transfer of funds which they have to settle still, however, once i get my first full time cheque from working Kal Tire i will be re-paying everyone back

this should be either the 11th or 18th of May

for those that are going to purchase stickers, i have started a new thread here

so in ther interest in of not having everyone dislike me...i have done my best to try and get the jackets here

the good news is they should be here in my hands within 10 days...IF customs does not be stupid like they always are (just had a video game wait in customs for 3 months, it was brand new and sealed too, go figure)

the seller is on my MSN list now and i have spoken with him many times
