I need a V70 rim and steel is fine.(no rubber needed)
The ones that i've seen are so rusted they can't hold a bead.

There are a couple of V70/850s out at PnP right now. Maybe something there?

I've got 4 15" rims for the 850 that are pretty rusty, but with a little wire brush and paint they'd work for you. Eff Arr double Eee.
