So I've lost my rented garage as of end of the year.
After some soul searching I do not want to buy a house or move, so I am looking for a direct replacement.
I was paying $250 per month, and am not wanting to go to $300 unless it's a thing of beauty, and/or heated.
I'm going to work on the cars there, and I do not want to take the lease saying I won't.
That said, major stuff would go on either at my work or at my friends working shop, and I work neater than pretty much anyone I know.

Just to make it harder, I'd strongly prefer something in the west end.

I know there's as many as 20+ % of members here are from Edm, and a few other have relatives, so putting it out there.
